  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations within 48 hours of arrival may result in a one-night charge.

  • Non-Refundable Reasons: We cannot issue refunds for cancellations due to weather, personal emergencies, or schedule changes.

Consider Travel Insurance

We recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment in case of unexpected cancellations.

Third-Party Payments and Liability

  • ​Third-Party Liability: Third-party guests are responsible for any damage or losses caused during their stay.

  • Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply.

By providing your credit card information, you authorize a one-night pre-payment to secure your reservation.

Our weekly deals are non-negotiable and cannot be adjusted. Please review the terms of the deal before booking.

  • Once a room is used, the charge becomes non-refundable.

  • Refunds are subject to management approval.

  • A valid ID is required for refunds.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is up to 10 business days.
