Carefully review the terms and conditions before making a reservation. Travel insurance can help protect you from unexpected cancellations or interruptions to your trip.

Refund Policy

  • Full Refund: 48-hour notice before arrival.

  • Late Cancellation: Possible charge for one night's stay.

  • Non-Refundable Reasons: Weather, emergencies, schedule changes, or individual group member withdrawals. Please note that group and weekly rates are established at a discounted price and are not subject to further adjustment after payment processing.

  • One-Night Pre-Payment: Required to secure your reservation.

  • Additional Charges: Me may incur additional costs.

  • Early Check-Out or Cancellations: May not be refunded.

Refund Processing

  • Timeframe: Refunds typically take 3-5 business days to process. However, in some case, up to 20 business days. Refunds to credit cards may take longer than refunds to bank accounts.

 

  • Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Important Considerations

 

  • Deposit Requirement: A credit or debit card is still mandatory for the deposit for both reservation security and incidentals coverage. It is standard practice in the hospitality industry to require a valid credit or debit card on file.

  • Pre-authorization: Expect a pre-authorization hold on your card to ensure sufficient funds.

  • ​Cash Payments Allowed: Cash is acceptable as a form of payment for the stay, but not for the deposit.

  • Prepaid Card Option: Prepaid cards are accepted for incidental deposits, with a $250 pre-authorization hold.

  • Third-Party Guest Responsibility: Guests who are not the primary bookers are responsible for any damages or losses they cause.

  • Contact Front Desk: For any disputes or questions about charges or your stay, contact the front desk directly.

  • Reservations are not automatic: Simply making a request does not guarantee a reservation. Reservations are not considered confirmed until a valid credit or debit card is on file or a payment has been processed. This establishment requires direct contact with guests to finalize and secure bookings. Guests must ensure their reservations are secured before the 10:00 pm deadline.

By understanding these key points, guests can make informed decisions about their booking and avoid any unexpected costs.
