WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MOTEL AND A HOTEL?

  • Motels: Exterior corridors, direct parking access, functional design.

  • Hotels: Interior corridors, hallway access, elaborate designs.

WHEN ARE YOU OPEN? WHAT TIME DO YOU CLOSE?

  • Office Hours: 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM Eastern Time.

  • 24/7 Assistance: Call or text 352-432-0706. (Office is locked for security.)

 

DO YOU ACCEPT THIRD PARTY PAYMENT?

  • Effective February 18, 2025, third-party payments are restricted to established businesses only.

  • Individual third-party payments are no longer accepted.

WHAT IS THE NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY RATE?

Rates per room varies by room type, season and other factors, call for pricing.


Loyalty program: Member discounts and rewards.

HOW WILL CHECK-IN BE MANAGED?

  • Valid photo ID (matching reservation name) required.

  • Valid major credit card on file or ($250) debit/pre-paid card hold for incidentals.

  • Incidentals cover potential charges (damages, etc.).

 

ACCEPTABLE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT?

  • Major credit card on file required.

  • Debit/prepaid cards: ($250) pre-authorization hold.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN?

  • Check-in: 3:00 PM ET.

We understand that travel plans can vary. Early check-in may be available upon request, subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed and may involve an additional fee.

WHEN IS CHECK-OUT?

  • Check-out: 11:00 AM Eastern Time.

  • Keyless check-out: No office visit required.

CAN I REQUEST A LATE CHECK-OUT?

  • 24-hour advance notice required.

  • Contact front desk for availability.

  • Room expiration time provided with door code.

  • 11:00 AM check-out enforced without confirmed late check-out. Please ensure your belongings are removed.

  • Late check-out without confirmation will result in an additional night charge.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?

  • Minimum check-in age: 21.

  • Underage guests: Must be accompanied by an adult family member with valid ID.

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH?

  • Cash accepted for room payment.

  • Valid major credit card required on file to secure booking (one night's charge).

  • ($250) debit/pre-paid card pre-authorization for incidentals, released post-inspection.

  • Declined credit card results in reservation cancellation.

WHEN WILL MY DEPOSIT BE RELEASED?

A pre-authorization is a temporary hold, not a charge, for potential incidentals (damages, etc.). It is standard practice in the hospitality industry.

Valid credit/debit card required.

Voided pre-authorizations:

  • Motel releases hold; bank determines fund availability.

  • Motel confirms void, provides date/time, and receipt.

  • Customer must contact bank for fund availability.

  • Motel's role ends after confirmation and documentation.

  • Bank determines fund availability timeframe.

  • Motel has no control over release speed.

ARRIVING LATE? NO PROBLEM!

  • Door code available upon request.

  • Guaranteed reservations with valid ID.

IS SMOKING PERMITTED IN ANY GUEST ROOMS?

  • Smoking in rooms: ($250) recovery fee.

  • Fee determined by management.

ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?

  • Pet-friendly rooms: Advance notice required.

  • Limit: 1 pet per room.

  • Fees: ($75) non-refundable deposit, ($10) per night.

  • Unauthorized pets: Pet and ($250) cleaning fees apply.

  • Service animals (ADA): Welcome, no charge.

  • Emotional support/therapy animals: Not permitted.
