General Rules
Respectful Behavior: Please conduct yourself in a respectful manner that does not disturb other guests or staff.
Quiet Hours: Adhere to quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am.
No Parties: Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.
Maximum Occupancy: Do not exceed the maximum occupancy of your room. Single (2) Double (4)
Registered Guests: All guests must be registered with the motel.
Visitor Policy: Visitors must be accompanied by a registered guest and may be subject to restrictions.
Pet Policy: If bringing a pet, please adhere to our pet policy.
Room Rules
No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and common areas.
No Cooking: Cooking is not allowed in guest rooms.
Room Maintenance: Help us maintain the room by keeping it clean and tidy.
Damage: You are responsible for any damage caused to the room or property.
Parking and Vehicles
Parking: Registered guests may park on the premises. Visitors must obtain a parking pass.
Vehicle Restrictions: No vehicle repairs are allowed on motel premises.
Unauthorized Vehicles: Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner's expense.

Emergency Procedures: Familiarize yourself with emergency procedures and exit routes.
Security Equipment: Do not tamper with security equipment.
Child Safety: Supervise children at all times.
Payment and Cancellations
Incidental Deposit: Valid credit card on file.
Payment: We accept cash, credit, debit for room cost.
Cancellations: Please refer to our cancellation policy for details.
Refunds: Refunds may be subject to fees or restrictions.
Additional Policies
Service Animals: We welcome service animals.
Lost and Found: We are not responsible for lost items.
Photography: Photography for commercial use is prohibited.
Your room expiration is provided when you receive your door code.
If you haven't arranged a late checkout and your belongings remain in the room after 11:00 AM, you will be charged for an additional night's stay.
