Policies and Guest Agreement

Check-In & Check-Out

Check-Out Time: Strictly at 11:00 AM. All belongings must be removed by this time; guests remaining past 11:00 AM will be charged for an additional night.
Special Requests: Early check-in or late check-out requests require 24 hours' notice, are subject to availability, and may incur an additional fee.

Occupancy & Visitors

Room Capacity: Maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bed. Violations may result in additional charges or immediate eviction.
Quiet Hours: Loud noises are restricted between 10:00 PM and 11:00 AM.
Visitor Policy: All visitors must register at the Front Desk upon arrival. Registered visits are limited to 2 hours and must conclude by 10:00 PM.

Room Usage & Housekeeping

Housekeeping: Mandatory service is conducted daily or twice weekly between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Please do not unmake beds or remove linens.
Prohibited Items: Use of personal outside furniture and cooking appliances in rooms is strictly prohibited.
Smoking/Vaping/Cooking: These activities are strictly prohibited inside rooms and on walkways. Tampering with smoke detectors is also prohibited. Violations will result in a $250.00 fine.
Right of Entry: Management reserves the right to enter rooms for emergencies, maintenance, or condition checks.

Parking & Pets

Parking: A valid parking pass must be displayed visibly at all times. Unauthorized vehicles are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Pet Policy: Registered pets require a signed waiver. Pets are restricted to pet-friendly rooms and are strictly prohibited from using motel furnishings, linens, or towels.

Office & Security

Access: For security near the highway, the Front Office door remains locked 24/7.
