Check-out is strictly at 11:00 AM. Please ensure all belongings are removed by this time. Guests remaining past check-out will be charged for an additional night.
Requests for early check-in or late check-out must be made with 24 hours advance notice, are subject to availability, and may incur a fee.
Maximum capacity is 2 adults per bed. Any violation will result in additional charges or immediate eviction at management's discretion.
Loud noises are restricted between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
All visitors must register at the Front Desk upon arrival. Registered visitors are limited to a maximum stay of 2 hours and must vacate the premises by 10:00 PM.
A parking pass must be displayed visibly at all times. Unauthorized vehicles without a valid parking pass are subject to towing at the owner's expense.
Registered pets require a signed waiver — a copy will be provided for your records. Pets are not permitted on motel furnishings, linens, or towels and are restricted to pet-friendly rooms only.
Daily or twice-weekly housekeeping is mandatory and conducted between 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Please do not unmake beds or remove linens. Management reserves the right to enter rooms for emergencies, necessary maintenance, or condition checks.
Use of personal outside furniture in rooms is prohibited.
Smoking, vaping, and cooking are strictly prohibited inside rooms and on the walkways. Cooking appliances are not permitted in rooms. Tampering with smoke detectors is prohibited. Violation of any prohibited activity policy will incur a $250.00 charge.
