WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A MOTEL AND A HOTEL?

DO YOU ACCEPT THIRD PARTY PAYMENT?

Effective February 18, 2025, third-party payments are restricted to established businesses only.

WHEN IS CHECK-IN?

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM Eastern Time.

Early check-in is strictly contingent upon availability of the room and may involve an additional fee.

Check-ins occurring between 7:100 AM and 11:00 AM will incur an additional night's charge.
WHEN IS CHECK-OUT?

Standard check-out is 11:00 AM Eastern Time, provided with your door code via text/email. Please ensure your belongings are removed.

Late check-out without confirmation will result in an additional night charge.

Keyless check-out: No office visit required.
CAN I REQUEST A LATE CHECK-OUT?

For late check-out or extensions of your stay, a 24-hour advance notification is mandatory.

All requests for late check-out or extensions are subject to availability.

WHAT IS THE NIGHTLY AND WEEKLY RATE?
Rates per room varies by room type, season and other factors, call for pricing.

HOW WILL CHECK-IN BE MANAGED?

A valid photo ID that matches the name on the reservation is required.

A major credit card must be on file, or a hold of $250 on a debit/pre-paid card is needed for incidentals.

ACCEPTABLE INCIDENTAL DEPOSIT?

Room payments can be made in cash.

WHEN WILL MY DEPOSIT BE RELEASED?
A pre-authorization is a temporary hold, not an actual charge, intended for potential incident (like damages). This is a common practice in the hospitality industry. A credit or debit card is required.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT?

Check-in age requirement: 21 years or older.

Guests under this age must be accompanied by an adult family member who has a valid ID.

No. Our motel operates on a fixed pricing policy, and we do not engage in bartering or negotiation of rates for any of our accommodations or services.
ARE YOU PET-FRIENDLY?
Yes, pet-friendly rooms are subject to availability. Please provide advance notice.

A non-refundable deposit of $75 and $10 per night.
