Each case is handled individually, and refunds are at the discretion of the management. In the interests of security and fraud prevention, guests are required to confirm their identity by providing their valid government issued photo identification (State driver’s license, passport, etc.)


Refunds can only be sent back to the original payment method charged.  Refunds can't be sent to a different destination such as another card or bank account. Refunds to expired or cancelled cards are handled by the customer's card issuer and, in most cases, credited to the customer's replacement card. If no replacement exists, that card issuer usually delivers the refund to the customer using an alternate method. The Orange Motel is not responsible for weather conditions, personal emergencies, or schedule changes once the card is charged. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours, prior to your arrival date in order to be refunded. Once guaranteed you will be charged one night's stay.
