How does digital key work?

MUST HAVE TO RENT:

  1. A government official ID per guest.

  2. Deposit by a valid major credit card (Debit/pay cards will not be accepted.)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

  • Do you accept cash deposits? 

We do not accept cash deposits. If a third party is covering a deposit, the sponsor will be responsible for any and all damages and loss.

  • How much is the deposit? 

Your credit card will be pre-authorized $50. Major credit cards only! Debit cards are not acceptable.

  • How old do I need to be? 

Guest must be at least 21 years of age and are required to provide a driver's license to register at this motel. Each registering guest must be over 18 and provide a form of government official identification, such as a driver's license/passport, unless occupying the same room with an adult family member.

  • Do you take Third Party payments?

Generally, third party is not permitted. In the case of paying for a family member if not physically present, we require a sponsor's phone number, billing information, a copy of government official identification, and signature. Click here for third party authorization.

  • What time is check-in? 

Check-in is at 3:00 pm.

  • Can I get an early check-in?

Early check-ins is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We recommend contacting the motel and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Extra charges may apply.

  • What time is check-out?

Room expiration is at 11:00 am. Check-outs are strictly enforced. If your personal belongings are still inside the room after room expiration and you have not arranged a late check-out with the front desk in advance, like most places, you will be charged for an additional night's stay. There will be no exceptions. On failure of the guest to vacate the room on expiration, management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room occupied by the guest. During your stay please keep the door fully shut so that housekeeping may begin room inspection and clean the room as soon as possible. Housekeeping needs time to clean and prepare each room for reservations.

  • Can I request a late check-out? 

A pre-arranged 24-hour advance notice is required for late check-outs or extended stay. Late check-outs are subject to availability and may be available if requested with advance notice. If you require a later check-out, please contact front desk prior to the day of your departure and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

  • Can I have a visitor? Only the guests listed on the guest list are permitted in the room and on the premises. Visitors must notify the front office upon arrival to check-in and provide photo identification each visit. Each additional guest over the age of 4, including visitors, will be listed and on file with the Orange Motel. 

  • What are the visitation hours? Visitation is for 2 hours and ends by 10:00 pm. Visitors must have a parking pass or the motel reserves the right to have the vehicle towed at the owner’s expense. Guests are responsible for visitors. Visitors must be accompanied by the registered guest at all times.

  • Where can I return my room key and parking pass? 

Room keys and parking passes can be returned inside the white mailbox by the office outside that says, "Mail & Key Drop".

  • When will my deposit be released?

The hold will be lifted/void within 24 to 72 hours upon check-out after a passed room inspection. Generally within 24-hours, unless we're super busy. Upon request a receipt will be texted/emailed to you. If a failed inspection or violation of the guest agreement occurs, you will be charged/billed.​​
